WENDELINA  A. BOAKYE

RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Wendelina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Resource Development and History and a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Ghana. She is a dedicated and highly motivated Researcher with a strong background in development and urban geography, climate change adaptation issues, development studies, and robust data collection and management skills. She has worked as a research and field assistant on several projects for the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER) and the Institute of Environment and Sanitation Studies (IESS) while performing various administrative roles on these projects. These include the GREEN GROWTH DIAGNOSTICS PROJECT by ISSER in 2016, mNUTRITION by IFPRI in 2017, the Adaptation at Scale in Semi-arid Regions (ASSAR) Project by IESS from 2017 to 2019, and the Standardizing City-Level Data-gathering (SCiLeD) Project by IESS from 2019 to 2020. Her proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, coupled with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities, makes her an asset to the Maklins team.
